Terms of service

1. Overview

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms outline how orders, payments, returns, and communication are handled.


2. Products

All items are described as accurately as possible. Colours, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing tolerances.

Custom or personalised items are made to order and may have minor variations.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Orders cannot be processed until payment is received.

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted and offered a replacement or full refund.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch times are stated in each listing.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

  • Once an item is handed to the courier, responsibility for transit delays lies with the courier.

If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours with photos.


5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, following the Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Custom or personalised items are non‑returnable unless faulty.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard returns process applies.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or incorrect, the customer must provide photos within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or refund will be issued once the issue is confirmed.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate delivery information

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel

  • Read product descriptions before purchasing

The seller is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.


9. Privacy

Customer information is used only for order processing, communication, and delivery. Information is never sold or shared with third parties except for delivery services.
