Refund policy

Returns

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 working days after the item arrives back.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items damaged by misuse or accidental damage after delivery

  • Clearance or discounted items (if marked as non‑returnable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. A replacement or full refund will be provided.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect: I cover return shipping

  • If the buyer changes their mind: buyer covers return shipping

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard returns process applies.
